2 0.5 pounds of skinless, boneless chicken breasts.

Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and other seasonings over the chicken breasts. Chicken breasts should be put in the slow cooker’s insert.
Slices of onion and sliced tomatoes go on top of the chicken. Add chicken stock and balsamic vinegar to the chicken.
Cook for 6-7 hours on low or 3–4 hours on high with the lid on.
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top before serving.
