Ingredients Balsamic Chicken

  1. 2 0.5 pounds of skinless, boneless chicken breasts.
  2. 2 teaspoons of seasoning mix.
  3. one-half teaspoon of garlic powder.
  4. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  5. 1 medium onion, cut thin.
  6. 1 14.5 oz. can of drained diced tomatoes.
  7. Balsamic vinegar, half a cup.
  8. Low-sodium chicken broth, half a cup.

Methods How To Make Balsamic Chicken

  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and other seasonings over the chicken breasts. Chicken breasts should be put in the slow cooker’s insert.
  • Slices of onion and sliced tomatoes go on top of the chicken. Add chicken stock and balsamic vinegar to the chicken.
  • Cook for 6-7 hours on low or 3–4 hours on high with the lid on.
  • Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top before serving.
