Mango, 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt, 2 teaspoons honey, 1 fresh lime, 2 ice cubes, and freshly grated lime zest should all be blended together until smooth. Mango-lime smoothie should be divided between 2 glasses with straight sides.
Bananas, strawberries, 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt, 2 teaspoons honey, fresh lemon juice, 2 ice cubes, and freshly grated lemon zest should all be blended in a clean blender until smooth. The mango smoothie should be layered on top of a banana-strawberry smoothie, with the mixture being spooned gently around the inside border of each glass to form a straight horizontal line.
